BALD EAGLES - Conowingo Dam, Maryland

From a recent trip to the dam. During the Fall season lots of eagles migrate south and make their way to the Susquehanna River in Maryland. They come for the warmer climate and the FISH.

A fairly close fly by of a mature Bald Eagle.

Head on about to catch a fish!

A Bald Eagle with his gear ready to go and about to catch a fish!

A mature Bald Eagle catching a fish right next to a fisherman in a kayak.

A mature Bald Eagle banking and looking for a fish. I'm not 100% sure, but I suspect this guy has a GPS tracker and antenna coming off his back. What looks like an antenna is visible, and in a later photo he appears to have a silver band and a red band on each leg... I'm not sure where red is from.
