Common Eiders in Portland Harbor, Maine 2008

I spotted around 10 or 12 of these Common Eiders in Portland Harbor today.

Shot with D300 and 200-400mm f/4 VR. It was mostly cloudy today, with just a touch of direct sunlight here or there.
